2.1 The platform provides an electronic space connecting between service seekers (clients) and service providers (lawyers and official translators) around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2.2 The platform provides legal services through a network of professionals. Legal services provided by the certified lawyers in relation to the profession. In addition to legal translation services, technical, specialized, and general translation services provided by certified translators.

2.3 The platform is a mediator between service seekers and service providers.

3.1 Every user (service seeker and service provider) must create an account to use the platform. They must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and when using the account. They must update their information at any change. The user must inform the platform management about any change in the information and data under the account freeze or deletion, with the user fully legally responsible and releasing the platform from any unauthorized use.

3.2 Service providers (certified lawyers and translators) must enable the platform management to obtain the required qualifications and licenses to practice the profession according to the applicable laws and grant the use and renewal of such qualifications and licenses. Service providers must inform the platform management about any change in the status towards the profession under the account freeze or deletion, with the service providers fully legally responsible and releasing the platform from any unauthorized use.

4.1 You agree to use the platform in accordance with all laws and regulations in force in Algeria, i.e., any dispute must be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.

4.2 You will not use the platform for any purpose other than the legal or non-commercial purpose in Algeria, or for any purpose that violates public morals or customs in Algeria, especially by causing inconvenience or harm to others or treating them unfairly or disrespectfully.

5.1 The user retains the right to any content they send or publish or display on the platform.

5.2 By publishing content, you grant "WasslaGo" exclusive and worldwide license to use, exploit, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content and any intellectual property rights therein without any restriction or condition and voluntarily non-profit.

6.1 The platform may impose a fee on the services and benefits provided to a certain number of service seekers, and it may also include prepaid packages in the form of a balance system that the user can recharge periodically until they can activate the interactive features available on the platform.

6.2 There may be monthly or annual subscription fees for the translators and lawyers to obtain additional benefits.

6.3 All payments are made through a secure integrated electronic payment system in the platform and any suitable legal and secure payment system.

7.1 The platform complies with the privacy policy of its users in accordance with the applicable laws, and the user is fully responsible for any direct infringement of privacy or any facilitation or shortening that leads to a privacy infringement in the platform.

7.2 The platform aims to protect and use any available solutions and general and personal data for the platform's purposes in accordance with its capabilities.

7.3 The platform has the right to enter into exchange agreements with public and private entities for the purpose of facilitating and improving access and search to the users (service seekers, service providers).

8.1 The platform provides its services as they are and at the time of use. The platform aims to ensure the best quality of services available through the use of certified translators and lawyers, and the professional liability of the service providers is due to any errors or negligence from them.

8.2 The platform will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform by any party, whether service provider, service seeker, cloud service provider, or any other party, directly or indirectly, or any interruptions or difficulties in accessing the site resulting from any action taken by any party, whether service provider, service seeker, or cloud service provider, or any other party, and to the injured party, except for a direct claim without prior platform involvement or platform involvement as a result of damage that is not attributable to it.
